I wish I'd had a better experience here. Communications were not timely at key moments and required a lot of follow up on my part. I wasn't confident in the quality of the return initially prepared for me (review by a partner did fix that). There was an issue with the filing and it was like pulling teeth to get any help contacting the IRS, even when I indicated willingness to do it myself and simply asked for guidance as to how to get through. I paid $2500 for a tax planning session that wasn't really tailored to my circumstances and ultimately I didn't get any tax value out of. The partner I interacted with is clearly bright and skilled, but for whatever reason, my experience here was poor and I cannot recommend it.
