I feel duped by Shoaib and the team. My personal and business taxes were simple (w-2, standard deduction, no employees) From initial conversations, I specifically said the reason I will hire them was for a consultation after filing because I've never had one and there are areas for improvement. Neither Shoaib nor the 2 other employees I told this to mentioned they will charge extra by the hour for a consultation at the end. Should have gotten it in writing but I thought I could trust them based on other reviews.

I have been working with Bharmal and Associates for 3 years. I am self employed so the process of doing my taxes can be painful, but they are so patient and helpful with me. Linh has been wonderful, and her process feels personal. I can contact her via email or phone to talk through any part of the process, which is so important to me as I build my business. Even the administrative staff has very clear communication and is supportive through the process. I highly recommend!
