Upper Marlboro Branch Library, PGCMLS

Used to love this place until I was accused of keeping a dvd that I had already returned months ago. I found it on one of their shelves and showed it to my mom. We wanted to watch it together the first time we checked it out but simply couldn't find the time. Anyway I attempted to tell the librarian and she said that I did not find it on the shelf and had kept it all that time to renew it. Needless to say I was shocked and saddened to be accused of lying about such a thing. I checked out many books yesterday but once I finish reading them I will be returning them and never coming back EVER.

I visited this library for the first time to get my kids cards and books for the summer, my car was towed! There was no signs or directions provided to me regarding of where to park. The signs that were posted were extremely ambiguous! When my car was towed I went to get information from the librarian and she was no help and couldn’t provide an understanding of how I was to know where to park without signs. Imagine how I felt with three kids on a Friday navigating getting my car back.

The karaoke was nice! 🔥 Very fun! Thank you 💯

I love this Library! The whole staff is ALWAYS very helpful and patient. I take my 4 year old here twice a week. Also my internet went out and I had to rent DVS's and utilize there computers. Every time I go they are amazing and super helpful!. All of them are GREAT! There is a woman with short red hair and glasses. That ALWAY"S has a welcoming smile on her face and ready to assist in anyway!

Jordan was awesome during Crafternoon Coral Reef. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had great communication with the children. Will be back!
