Let me just start by saying: this isn’t just pizza — it’s art on dough. I stumbled across Black Sicilian while searching for vegan-friendly pizza spots in the DMV. I called ahead since online pickup wasn’t available, and not long after, the owner/chef himself called me back. He let me know they were sold out that day but was kind enough to invite me back the next day — and I’m SO glad I made the trip. The business is tucked inside an office park (across from Brooks Furniture for the locals), and while the location is unexpected, the flavors are unforgettable. When I walked in, the chef greeted me warmly and even remembered our call from the day before. That type of personal customer service makes all the difference. Now let’s talk pizza. Visiting Black Sicilian Pizza was easily one of the highlights of my trip from Texas. This wasn’t just pizza—it was a full-on culinary experience. The flavor, the service, the story… all of it. Chef Sedrick is a one-man show of greatness. I had the chance to meet him and taste the Cowboy Carter pizza he recommended—flavor explosion doesn’t even do it justice. It’s rare to see a Black-owned pizza spot, let alone one with this level of flavor and fire. If you’re anywhere near Marlboro, Maryland, do not miss this gem. Support this man. Seriously the BEST pizza! We ordered the Margherita pizza and it was absolutely devine! We will definitely be trying out all that Black Sicilian has to offer in the very near future. 100% recommend 👌 I'm so mad that I didn't get photos but definitely will next time.

None of the other reviews mentioned this so when I experienced it, I was caught off guard. Don’t be alarmed when you have to place your order through an answering service. Lol. The owner will get back to you. He’s professional, personable, and extremely nice. The location is very clean and has good customer service. The pizza had lots of flavor. I would go back.

New to the area and wanted to try a non franchise pizza place. BSPC did not disappoint! The chef took the time to find out what we liked and was very personable. I gave him carte blanche to create whatever kind of pizza he wanted for me and it turned out awesome! Great flavor on my flatbread and the pepperoni NY style pizza was delicious as well! Thanks chef!
