Upper Crust Bagel Co

This was the longest I’ve ever waited for a meal, and I can’t say the literally 2 hours between ordering and receiving our food was worth it for this very average bagel sandwich. The staff were overworked, undertrained, and/or on their phones, could not provide any sort of estimates for when food might be ready, and for a place that microwaves their eggs there really shouldn’t be any more than 5 minutes spent per bagel. They desperately need new management and/or new staff, or to drastically cut down on the number of orders per day that they fulfill.

Decent bagels but not the best in the area. Service was terrible! Kids staff the counter and the service level is terrible. In the last three visits they couldn’t get things right on very simple orders. In one case, on an order of 3 bagels, the child made 4 errors on bagel type, salad, topping - and forgot all of the muffins I had ordered and paid for! I had to wonder whether he was on drugs because I couldn’t believe how many errors had been made. Stay away. This place was a favorite for 10+ years, but what a crappy establishment now!

I was walking around the area and needed to eat something. I wasn’t sure due to other reviews and it was about an hour before closing. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and my order. The bagel tasted fresh and the sandwich was amply filled. I decided to eat in as there were plenty of tables and it was very clean. If you go earlier in the day, there’s an excellent selection to choose from. Thank you.

They have some of the best bagels. I ordered 2 bagels for the road and even 3 hours later they tasted amazing. They’re very inexpensive which is nice when most of the restaurants around are quite pricey. This will definitely be on my must go-to place when I come back down!

Clean place. Good bagels. Their cream cheese is super tasty and smooth. The owner is very friendly(Robert) and everyone is cheery. Best part is they have two indoor dining tables. And they follow Covid guidelines. They have a pick-up zone and plastic dividers near the register which is nice to see and employees wear their masks! Def. Would return if not for the great bagels but for the friendly staff.
