The café itself is beautifully designed, with plenty of seating and a warm, plant-filled ambiance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The buttermilk scone was delicious—perfectly balanced and not too sweet, with a lovely texture. The Marzipan Poppy Seed Snail was just as delightful. Both the cappuccino and coffee were excellent—smooth, rich, and well-balanced. I’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the Greenwich, CT area.

This is a great bakery in Old Greenwich, which needed one. The coffee and food offerings are on point. The only negative is that sometimes the staff can be overwhelmed by the number of people in the queue, something that could be remedied with better cafe operation practices. That said, I highly recommend.

Went in on Saturday morning and was surprised how dirty the place was. 7 people behind the counter and no one would wipe the tables or sweep the floor. I ordered an espresso that sat there and got cold - no one could bring it over ? Or at least waive me down to tell me it was ready. I was there about 30 minutes - wasn’t that busy - and the place was dirty the entire time.

Atmosphere - Starbucks 2.0! It's a glorified "bake shop" that has a nicer, home-made touch than starbucks. A few people plugged their lap tops into the wall and were clearly working taking calls and meetings virtually as if it were their personal office space as they nursed a beverage for well over an hour planted at the window seats; NOT what someone expects coming into a bakery cafe to have a relaxing morning coffee and treat. If it was an internet cafe then it would be understandable. Work should be done in your own environment and the cafe should prevent this if they want to be the next Raphael's or Isabelle et Vincent.
