Uno Dos Tres Tacos & Tequila

I came across this spot on Google Maps and thought, let’s give it a try. It’s a chill, small restaurant with a laid-back vibe and a few outdoor tables. You order at the counter, and they bring the food out to you. We got the tin can nachos and the fish tacos. The food came out fast, and the tin can nachos had a fun, eye catching presentation. The person who brought it over was super friendly, which added to the experience. As for the food both dishes were excellent. The nachos were flavorful and satisfying, and the fish tacos were incredibly fresh and packed with bold, well-balanced spices. Their high Google rating is well deserved. Definitely a place worth checking out—you won’t be disappointed.

Uno dos tres was a delicious spot for a quick dinner and drink! You order at the counter, then find a seat and wait for your food. I got a skinny margarita which was delicious and the service was great! I also got a buffalo chicken quesadilla which was so so good, and big enough to either share or have leftovers. We got queso too which was not very good and a little cold and the chips weren’t the best but overall it was a great experience and would definitely go back!

This is the perfect post ski spot! Food is good and the kitchen is quick and the vibes are chill. We ordered with Austin and he was so welcoming and helpful with the menu! Highly recommend this spot in town.

Uno Dos Tres Tacos & Tequila is THAT GIRL!! We are so incredibly thankful to this establishment for working with us as we held an intimate ceremony in Telluride. During the planning process we reached out and the owner called us and openly discussed all our options: private event, catering, or even simply ordering to-go, and we appreciated the transparency and respect for our budget goals. We opted for to-go and everything was prepped perfectly, allowing for an easy transition that we could send a family member to pick up the paid and tipped order. Everyone loved the tacos!! We (bride & groom) loved it so much we came back the next day to sample more of the menu. I cannot recommend enough, the staff was kind to us, the food was prepared well, and the guests were happy!

Great vibe. Nice tequila bar. Excellent location. Food was good but in my option needed some refinement. I just don’t love large chunks of zucchini but maybe that’s personal preference. Nice hot sauce collection. Wish the vegan nachos had more chips to sauce ratio. But overall can’t complain and would dine here again even if not my first choice. Immaculate vibe
