This is a beautifully and tastefully renovated restaurant that perfectly captures the character of historic Telluride. The preservation of the original stonework, antique mining equipment, 12-inch rough-cut hardwood floors, and the elegant bar creates an atmosphere that feels authentic and timeless, like stepping back into old-time Telluride. The food was just as impressive as the setting. I started with the traditional bratwurst served on a hot crisp bun, absolutely outstanding. The brown mustard paired perfectly with the brat’s crispy, seared skin and rich flavor. Stopped by on our first night for drinks and decided to come back our second night to try the food. Everything was so good! Great beer and the food was amazing. Loved the Mac n cheese and beef sandwich, and the side salad was huge and so delicious. They took great care to accommodate my daughter’s food allergies. Gorgeous building too.

Amazing place with perfect service. Probably one of our favorite spots in telluride. Pretzel is a must and the bratwurst are as advertised! Photos of great red Irish beer, Jameson, pretzel, and the bratwurst is half eaten but that should say something. Beers are awesome!

The outdoor seating on the balcony was a highlight, especially with the fall leaves creating a beautiful and relaxing backdrop. It’s a great spot to enjoy a casual meal with scenic views.
