The New Tunnel Supper Club

I am a bit at odds writing a review because everyone will know that this place is by far one of the best (if not the best) in Telluride. Small, intimate, something like 12 courses, each one absolutely dialed-in, a fantastic wine pairing and stellar service. Worth every penny as there is no POSSIBLE way I could ever recreate this on my own....ever (well, except maybe the water botte, I could buy that and pour on my own I suppose). It was my better-half's birthday, and the staff took the time to write her a very personal, and heart-felt card....you just don't get that focus and attention to detail anywhere anymore. This was our second time to Telluride, and we were looking for a place to go for an upscale dining restaurant... coming from Scottsdale, we have pretty high expectations. This was HANDS DOWN the best dinner and service we experienced in the last several years out of everywhere we've gone. The variance of dishes, technique, and craftsmanship were next level. And it actually reminded me a ton of some of the food we had in New York at a 2 star Michelin Restaurant. You will not be disappointed! It also had a very charming, personable, down to earth vibe, where the chefs and staff chat with you throughout the dinner. It was an incredible experience, and we can't wait to go back. Thank you, to the Tunnel team, for making it a night we will never forget!

I would absolutely dine here again. Every single dish was incredible and so creative. Each wine selected for the pairing was beautifully curated. Excellent service, impressive down-to-earth chef. Highly recommend!!!

I was looking for a special dining experience for my wife and I. You guys made me look good! My wife was beyond impressed with the food and service. Each course was better than the previous...the patte was next level. I've never liked patte, but I woke up in the morning thinking about it! We will be back! Thank you for an absolutely incredible experience!

What an amazing place and food!!!!atmosfere 5 stars, food 5stars, service 5stars. From beginning to end everything is delicious, unique and tasty. This one most talented and creative chef. Get to the tunnel before everyone discovers it.
