University Circle House (formerly known as University Circle Bed and Breakfast)

I did this yard for a few weeks. I'm a local landscaper I must say working for the previous owners was a great experience. I actually got some history facts on this place. I heard some of the most popular artists & brands made this place must stay when in town. I wish the new owners a wonderful experience here.

The house is a period house from the early 1900's with many of its detailed charms. It has a parking in the back for about 5 or 6 cars accessed via a narrow driveway.||When we met Gary the proprietor/manager he welcomed us very warmly making us feel we were visiting a friend. We talked for a while getting to know one another because after all this is his house and he is accommodating us. As we were talking, the room got prepared and ready for us. Our room was very roomy, clean with a private bathroom and bathtub/shower which we were not expecting otherwise, as some of the rooms have to share a common bathroom and we would not have appreciated that. Our accommodations had a free wi-fi and parking with the included breakfast. The room gave the feeling of being in a friend's house.||Most

Nice place. Wonderful large common areas. Room 4 with a balcony, was nice but lacked drawers to put stuff, so one has to live out of the suitcase. But with only one (nice) bathroom for four guest rooms, and no AC (I think), I could only give it four stars. Great location for the museums.

This was my first experience with a bed and breakfast, I was a little nervous, but immediately upon arrival I felt comfortable. My husband and I were welcomed by Toni (hostess) and Gary (owner)...they made us feel at home. The house is clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious, private bathrooms, and adequate closet space. Now for the best part of the experience, breakfast was delicious!!! Toni prepared and served breakfast with love. We had never traveled to Cleveland, so didn't know where to go or what to do. Gary and Toni suggested sites to see and places to eat, all were excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Gary is the man! I had such a wonderful time at his bed and breakfast, in no small part because of his hosting. The food was excellent – some of the best breakfasts I've had, and the house was gorgeous. The art was tasteful and the rooms were luxurious feeling. It's walking distance from all of University Circle, which turned out to be my favorite part of Cleveland. I also got to meet some other folks who were staying at the B&B, mostly at breakfast, and it was cool to talk with folks who were there from all over.
