Union Seafood

Was all delicious, arrived hot, and portions were HUGE. We got the combo, shrimp fried rice, spring rolls, and veggies noodles. Also tried the whitting fish sandwich, only thing that underwhelmed me. Ordered through Doordash, and we got our food within a great time frame, for as far from Union that we live. Will definitely order again.

please DO NOT come here if you want good customer service. i had came here with friends and two of us ordered a seafood boil and one a fried rice. one, the quality of the seafood boils were trash. a majority of the crab legs had no meat in it at all. second the fried rice was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, it literally tasted like it was drowned in dirty oil. literally only took two bites and left it there because it was so nasty. our “server” also never came around to check how we were doing or to check how the food was, she literally just came and dropped off our checks. we told her we didn’t want to pay for the fried rice because we didn’t like it nor did we eat it and she went to go get the manager. the manager approaches us with an attitude and tells us off the bat that we have to pay for it

This was the absolute worst fish fry I have ever had. The fish was literally chewy and rubbery. The onion rings tasted like they had onion flavoring in them, but no onion. I tried Contacting Union Seafood Albany on the Delivery app and got nowhere. I tried calling the restaurant directly and was told to contact Uber for a refund. It looks like I just wasted $58 on awful food that I ended up throwing out.

This is a very good restaurant.They serve a very unique food , especially sea food , very popular restaurant in the central avenue in albany capitalistic area, they are very nice.People are working here.This restaurant is located on a very good busy area.So it is easier for everybody to come here.Highly recommend this restaurant to everybody.They have to come and stop by and get their food really very good

Personally I found the management to be unprofessional so I don’t plan to come back here solely because of that. When the management is unprofessional the staff will be as well. Upon entry the waitress was kind and friendly. She seated us quickly and gave us our menus. They do not serve alcohol at this time. Most of their beverages are teas, canned/fountain soda. My Pepsi was a fountain soda- it was flat. They also use paper straws-if that’s a thing for you. And they didn’t have lids for they’re plastic cups. (Also why have plastic cups and not plastic straws?) The food: I ordered the “Get your hands dirty” snow crabs, with extra corn and sausage with garlic butter sauce. Personally I felt the snow crab portion was skimpy. The potatoes/sausages were sufficient. The corn was a nice siz
