The Birria Eggrolls were hands down the worst I’ve ever tasted or saw. There were burned and looked exactly how they looked. Burned to perfection. Very dry. I tasted one of four and threw the other remaining portion in the trash were it belonged. The next item we purchased were the mini chicken tacos. They tasted great. At first glance I wasn’t sure if the meat was chicken but they were season well and still warm when we received them. I don’t think you can go wrong with purchasing these. The third item we purchased was the Birria Pizza. It looked fantastic. Crispy crust and the right amount of cheese. Uncle Bud’s is a hidden gem and hands down one of the most fun bars in the area! Came here for a casual night out and ended up having such a blast. I had the taco salad, which was super fresh and flavorful, and also tried one of their burgers—juicy, perfectly cooked, and seriously satisfying. But the real MVP? A bucket of $2 Bud Light and Coors Light drinks! Yes, $2. Total steal. The vibe here is unmatched. They’ve got DJ karaoke every Thursday (so fun!), and the whole place just has great energy. Whether you want to belt out a song, chill with friends, or just enjoy some good eats and drinks, this is the spot. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Uncle Bud's. If you're on the hunt for top-notch bar food, this is the place to be. We kicked things off with the sampler platter. We dove into the cheese curds, onion petals, boneless wings, and the standout Birria rolls, all served with both marinara and Bud's sauce. Even with three of us, those delicious Birria rolls warranted a to-go box. Just had wings here and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. The buffalo wings tasted like they had been sitting in old fryer oil, and the meat was very gristly and unpleasant. The blue cheese was extremely watery and had a strange taste. If you care about quality food, I would recommend staying far away.
