Uncle Al's Pizzeria

We've always loved Uncle Al's, but thought they had closed all locations. We were looking for pizza we used to love before we moved from Elyria, and were excited when we discovered an Uncle Al"s had a new location on Cleveland Street. We ordered online, and being a busy day and time, the order wasn't going to be ready for nearly an hour. That was fine, and as to be expected at most places. When we arrived, they hadn't started the order, so we had to wait quite a long time. However, the new owner was present getting everything back into a rhythm, and apologized for the delay and made up for the delay. Very nice guy, who sincerely cares for his business, customers, and and maintaining a great reputation and relationship with his community. That said, the food was AMAZING! Our daughte

4 pizzas, 1 cheese bread, $90 later totally not worth it. Just didn't taste good, sauce was weirdly sweet, and way to much of it. Crust was tasteless and overly chewy, like it had been frozen and thawed not what I expected for spending $90. I wanted something other than Little Caesars, and yet I ended up paying three times as much for worse than Little Caesars quality.

Ordered a BUFFALO Chicken pizza through Door Dash. The pizza arrived with no BUFFALO sauce. Also paid extra for bacon which they chose not to put on my pizza either.

Some picture perfect pies! Have been enjoying all of the Uncle Al’s locations for years and each location holds up to the same quality standard in my opinion. Pictured from left to right is The Godfather white sauce pizza, a pepperoni w/ extra cheese, a banana split cheesecake pizza, and a caramel cheesecake pizza. Yum!

The pizza looked good in appearance lots of toppings but the cheese wasn’t fully melted, we could still see the tiny cubes of unmelted cheese and the dough was not fully cooked it was soggy, stretchy and we couldn’t hold a slice without it all falling apart. The wings were very over cooked and flavorless. We gave this place a try after hearing good things about it. It’s good to give everything a try atleast once, this was just our experience.
