Elyria Public Library-West River Branch

It's a nice library, but the staff is not good. One time while visiting, they were talking loud and not working. Very rude, especially when they are supposed to enforce the rules and set a good example. The library is very nice though, not a lot of choices for kids books, but upstairs are large selections of books, cds, and dvds.

I was in the library yesterday and having not been there for a while I really didnt know where things were. I went upstairs to browse for a couple new books. The nicest young lady helped me so much! She explained what stickers on books meant and showed me areas where books were Id be interested in. I usually just go to website and then pick up. I wish I had gotten the young woman's name. I have always had the friendliest of people help me there! Thank you ! I love the library

My favorite library! I come here to use their computers every since my printer took a hike. The ladies are always so kind and helpful. I appreciate their patience and attentiveness.. especially since I ask so many questions. I don't want to screw anything up since it's not my property. They have really changed things up in there too and have so many cool events for children and adults. Its nice to see there is still a public library that helps out the community by trying to get everyone involved!

Very Helpful Staff. Always willing to lend a hand for Printing Projects. Highly Recommend. Stop in when You can. They were very Helpful again today reloading funds on My account to use Their Printer. Kaitlyn is Great Help at this location.
