Hanini Subs

THE CASHIER TRIED TO ROB ME! My boyfriend and I tried Hanini Subs to support a small business. We ordered a veggie sub, 2 fruit cups, 3 cheesecake slices, a meatball sub, and two pops. The food was good, but the cashier was rude and unprofessional. She laughed when I asked about a cake deal, gave me a dollar off only after I put slices back, and our total seemed way too high. She didn’t give me the receipt until I asked, and I found mistakes—she’d overcharged us for something we didn’t get and only gave some change back after I pointed it out. I double-checked and realized we were still owed over $5. The cashier denied it and was extremely rude, but the manager eventually agreed and made her give us the correct change. Tough corned beef & spoiled fruit. They have acidity bursting from them. It’s unfortunate. I wanted to like them. This is the second time I’ve tried. First time wasn’t so bad, but the presentation was so bad it wasn’t worth a picture. It didn’t taste that good then either but at least it was fresh.

Need to pay closer attention to orders...its always something...Asked for cheese sauce and got ranch. Big difference. Little things like this will make people stop coming, especially when you risk your life in the parking lot. Do better.

Best corner store in downtown Elyria and best sandwichs I've ever gotten never a bad experience or anything with the staff and Jimmy and Ray are great with the technology

Wow….I ordered a reuben. I got a sandwich with sauerkraut on the side. A SMALL cup to add on. With no thousand island dressing. If u want a cheap sandwich go for it. Not impressed at all! Here’s ur sauerkraut friends. Here’s ur dressing. Wow. Cheap!
