Scoops & More Ice Cream

To Whom It May Concern, I’ve been a loyal customer of Scoops for years and have always enjoyed my experiences at this location. I’ve recommended your shop over other local ice cream spots because of the great service and consistency in the past. Unfortunately, my last two visits within the past month have been disappointing and frustrating, which is why I feel the need to bring this to your attention. On both occasions, I ordered three scoops of ice cream—Cookies and Cream, Moose Tracks, and Peanut Butter Paradise. These are flavors I’ve ordered countless times, so I know what to expect. However, both times I received what looked like only two scoops. When I asked about it, I was told that the third scoop was “inside the cone.” While technically true, I’ve never known the scoop at the bo

No ice cream what so ever..brought to their attention and she said that they have 9oz of ice cream in a banana split..that may be 1-2 ozs of ice cream.. I get these from here often and have never seen it like that!! Lost my business for sure! 15.30 for 2 and that is what you are putting out lol the toppings cost more $ and there were way more of them ???? Makes no sense 🤔

We love Scoops and More! 🍦💕 My kids love to give the staff tips because they get excited and say “TIPS WOOHOOO 🥳” Hoping they do this willingly and the owners don’t make them say it! 🙈😆

Great flavor selection! We tried lemon blueberry, blue Cookie Monster, coconut, and banana pudding. It was all awesome. Prices were very fair… $4.60 for two scoops in a waffle cone. About $3.50 for my toddler to have a scoop in a cup. Wish they had more outdoor seating, but the trade off is that there is a lot of available parking which is a headache at other ice cream stands… so not a big deal. We didn’t wait long either and staff was really nice. Can’t wait to come back.

So far since I've lived in Elyria (2016-current), I've only been here twice. I love that they have many options to chose from, so they will be seeing me there more this summer. And I believe it's a "mom pop shop" which I'm a huge supporter of those. I've only had 2 different treats so far, chocolate milkshake and their m&m twister. The milkshake was decent, next time I will have to ask for their hard-serve ice-cream and not the soft-serve. The twister was good. I like the candies to ice-cream ratio. I'm glad I had candies with every bite to the very end. I also love that their prices are fair and for the sizes. Better than DQ. Service was fast and efficient. Overall good experience.
