Tyrrell County Library

This is a review specifically for preschool (2-4yr olds) story time: I took my son to story time during the school year and he loved it! I loved it! Today i tried to attend the summer preschool story time and had to turn around and leave which ended up with a screaming super unhappy toddler. Why you might ask? Because there was a whole school bus of kids there! It would have been nice to know ahead of time just how many kids attend story time. PLUS it would have been nice to know that there would be kids who WERE NOT preschoolers present. Super overwhelming and disappointing for both parent and child.

Small but really nice library. Feels like stepping at home. Very good internet for working remotely. Nice tables and comfy seats.

Great patron-driven collection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and comfortable, welcoming environment.... Librarian and staff always helpful, obviously caring and concerned for patrons' needs. Do not know what I would do without them!

Very nice library with excellent staff. There are many categories for reading, and they also have open Wi-Fi use. I enjoy my visits there. I feel like the library is a central hub of columbia.
