Tyler Mountain BBQ

I am so thankful Tyler Mountain BBQ has a new home in the Katy Cafe in Checotah Ok. This little gem of a restraunt is worth exiting and getting off the highway to go find. The food is top quality, I have not found one thing I have not enjoyed eating. And they are always trying new things and sharing with the customers to get their feedback. If you like a little heat, ask them to kick it up a bit. No problem! I have tried, the Tri-tip, the sausage, the pulled pork, the ribs, the shrimp, the baked beans, the homemade chips, the cabbage and the BBQ Dirty Rice. I can recommend all 100%! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Also, the customer service is just amazing!

Excellent BBQ. Great sides. Great Value!! The owner is a very nice man that put in a lot of effort to take care of everyone in the restaurant while we were in there! Highly recommended!!

Couldn't think of a better small town barbeque place in OK, if your near check it out. They also work to feed kids and families that need help.
