Subway

I ordered two 12in ham sandwich online app. When I picked up the sandwich at the store. My daughter and I sat down in the store and ate at the store. After we started eating the sandwich we both noticed nether of the sandwich had meat on them. I then went and told the girls that was working behind the counter. They remade mine. But because my daughter ate quarter of the sandwich. They refused the remake hers. After I got upset they was only going to 6in for her. I then told them I paid for. 12’ with ham not a 6in and threatened to call the corporation office on them. Then they remade my daughter sandwich.

We went in today and bought 4 of their turkey and ham specials for 5.99. I paid extra to put pepper jack cheese on 2 of them. When we got home, there was no cheese on any of the sandwiches. The girl working (about 3:30 ish) seemed very unhappy with her job. No greeting, she never smiled, slammed things around, and threw our sandwiches in the bag. Ive probably been there a half dozen times and only once was a positive experience. I might continue to try in a few months to see if things are improving, but probably not.

Great service and food inside Walmart! The location was not that busy, and the staff quickly made our order. Unfortunately, water cups are no longer offered, but we were still able to get a fountain cup. The veggie delight was great, although the jalapeno cheddar bread was not available. Overall a good clean subway!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Subway. My husband picked up my usual (a 6” tuna sandwich with American cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomato) for me to eat during my short 30 minute lunch break. Instead, what I received was a 6" tuna on flatbread—something we have never ordered. I drove back immediately to get it corrected. When I explained the mistake, instead of checking the sandwich or simply asking what I needed, the employee went to look up the order. While I waited, I asked the other worker if he could start remaking it since I was in a rush. He rudely refused and began helping the customer behind me. Eventually, the first employee found the order and said it was entered as flatbread, then insisted that it had been ordered that way. I was told, “We’ll remake it this

I wish I could give more stars. Food is good but you have to make sure you get you discount. Twice I've tried and twice it did not happen. Sadly our last visit was not only a disappointment on that front; but, also make certain you get what your paying for BEFORE you leave with your sandwich. We paid for a deluxe and clearly he did not get it! I will post the pic. I contacted the franchise owner and I received a letter of apology and appreciation that they can utilize my experience for future customers. I a senior on a fixed income would have appreciated my $2 discount and a refund from the deluxe I paid for and the regular sandwich received.
