Mudslingers drive-thru coffee

After much thoughtful consideration, I have to leave a poor review. I have received poor service from an older lady claiming to be the co-owner. On a separate incident I have Personally witnessed the male co-owner swear at and verbally abuse a teenage worker. The drinks i received have been very inconsistent with its flavors, and seemed either burned or watered down. I also have a Veteran tax exemption card and the owner refuses to honor said exemption despite the law 68 O.S ss 1357(34) stating clearly they must accept said tax exemption or face a $500 fine. The owners have also intentionally trapped customers in the drive thru line that has no way to exit in case of emergency or if a customer is late for work. Just to start off, the way the business owners treat the staff is deplorable, if you cannot pay your employees and give them proper shifts then you shouldn't own a business. Second, the owners think it's perfectly okay to disregard any food restrictions a customer may have, such as giving them sweetened coffee when they specifically asked for sugar-free sweetener. Thirdly, they charge tax to tax-exempt individuals AFTER they present their exemption card. This business is without a doubt the worst I've ever been to, and I strongly advise against visiting. 4 hours later: Responding to Owner I am not who you are assuming me to be, and I do not know who Alexis is. This place shouldn't be in business, though its an ok location with a crappy drive-thru pathways. The owners are horrible to its staff, very inconsistent with staffing, inconsistent with its products, and the owners cant seem to make up their minds on following the corporate/franchise guidelines. The poor staff cant even get past 15 hours of time, and when its time for the mandatory raise, the owners basically fire the employees without telling them they are fired. They basically keep telling the employees that they dont have any shifts for them, even though they completely remove them from the systems. This place is horrible. I hope the franchise pulls their contract.

Don't waste your money. Stopped in on 10/25 about 12:30, the 1st coffee I received was so cold I could have given it to my toddler! Asked to have it brought up to an adult temperature and what I got back left blisters in my mouth. REALLY what kind of people are working there. Can't they read a thermometer? I bet when it finally cools down enough to consume it will taste burnt.

We were passing thru and found this place on Google. The coffee was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. But what was even better was their honesty. We accidentally gave $20 more and they gave it back. They could have kept it and we would have never known. Definitely will go back if I’m in the area.
