We stopped in on our way back from Weldon Mills and we were NOT disappointed. The food was great! Fried fish was lightly breaded and fried to perfection. The smash burger was great (might do a double next time). The fries were perfect and crispy. And the pimento cheese balls with the sweet hot jelly (not sure what exactly that was) was a perfect pairing. Love the lighting and seating was nice and open.
We stopped in this restaurant for a bite of lunch on our way home from a New England trip. Hurricane Helene was threatening, so we wanted to get in/out quickly. Our soup and sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.
Food was excellent Staff was Knowledgeable and friendly. Chef of restaurant came out and explained various dishes was very kind and professional. Nice clean environment.
My son and I had a late lunch at Two Doors Down while in town for a job. He had the Hen & Hog Chicken Wrap and I had the Fish and Chips. Absolutely delicious! So glad we found a place we can eat when we are in town.
My first time here...had lunch. The special today was the Mongolian beef with rice....delicious...a cute place that you must visit in the town of Halifax NC
