I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the front desk. A police officer from this department informed me that I could obtain my police report with her narrative in person by simply paying the required fee. However, when I arrived the next day—after spending two hours driving—front desk staff told me I could not access the report due to privacy restrictions and that I would need to go through the court system instead.
