Customer Reviews
This is a cute restaurant, deli and Café. Their BLAT was ok. There is a tiny amount of avocado and the bread was un toasted. They included a small amount of each ingredient and it was honestly underwhelming. The food was ready quick on the service was ok. For a $20 sandwich I expected more though.
Ordered the breakfast quesadilla, I guess it’s on me to have ordered a quesadilla at an establishment with no grill/stove in their kitchen but it was all around disappointing $14 spent. The eggs are dry and grey, the tortillas were dry and hard and the whole thing was under-seasoned and could barely hold together long enough to take a bite. This place uses only microwave and panini press to make everything, would not go back.
A great place to stop when travelling between Denver and the mountains. Very friendly service, good atmosphere and very nice ‘sammies’. You get to take in Idaho Springs old Main Street and buildings as well - you can imagine the horses and carriages. Highly recommended.
Great cozy bookstore vibe up-front and very friendly staff. They weren't busy, but it took quite a while to get our Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Which were filling but not quite what we're used to; generous on the meat but very sparse on mushrooms, peppers, etc. Cafe is on a one-way main street, but easy parking and access. we'd stop there again.
Cute spot in the middle of a cool town. We stopped in for lunch while driving through town. I wish we would have had more time here. It seemed like a cool town. We split a sandwich and the staff was super nice and split it into two baskets for us. Based on the employee's recommendation, I got the Philly. It was tasty but different from what I was expecting. Cool spot with friendly staff!
