MTN Prime

We are back for a quick visit. Dinner was awesome as well as our server. I have forgotten our Awesome server's name. Food & bottomless mimosas were awesome. We have been to Idaho Springs many times. Our Friend Paul recommended we have brunch there. Scratch cooking at it's finest. Thank you for a delicious brunch

I have been here twice now and wow! The service from start to finish is excellent. Very attentive and friendly. The food is INCREDIBLE. I've tried the prime rib, the surf and turf, the rib eye, the bison meatloaf... the sides – carrots, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes and more and the apps – baked brie, crab cakes, etc. Everything is so good. The restoration of the building and use of antique items, as well as the art really tired everything together. I'll be back every time I have a little money to spend!

We had an amazing date night at MTN Prime. Chad was an excellent server. We tried the Prime Old Fashioned and it was delicious. We had the short rib and bison meatloaf. The meatloaf was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Delicious sides too. Chad recommended an appetizer and wine to pair with our meal. Highly recommend!

This steakhouse truly lives up to its name! The steak was perfectly seasoned, and the smoked drumlets were packed with flavor. Our service was just as impressive—our server was only on his third day, yet his hospitality was spot-on. He made the experience even better!

First time eating here and had a wonderful experience!! Food was to die for! The best Waffles I have ever tasted, so airy and light! You have to get there 100% real maple syrup so dark and rich in flavor. The elk stew had strong salary flavor it was amazing felt like home cooking! 10/10 recommend We are coming back for dinner!
