Tu Cachapa 🇻🇪

Food is superb. Super juicy and tasty. There is no better. It is mainly a take out place. You can stay but make sure you TIP the cashier first not after (depends on the person I think), otherwise tissue and spoon will be messy. You get a what I mean. No comments but just kind suggestion.

I have been going to this establishment for years and it keeps getting worse and worse but this is it for me. Paid 13 dollars for a Cachapa and it was half the size . Didn’t taste good either .

Got the pollo mechada chachapa. Really great flavors, decent size portion. The server was so nice and gave extra sauces. Will say it’s a little pricey, but hit the spot. Would definitely come back.

Where do I start.. the woman at the counter taking my order with a finger in her mouth. After I place my order she goes to the back to refill sauces without washing her hands or wearing gloves.. I ordered tequenos.. the tequenos were in the paper bag with the sauces that she touched her her finger full of saliva. Those went straight to the garbage. 2) they couldn’t even wrap the arepa all the way? Pure laziness. Pay attention to details and don’t do things that you wouldn’t want other people to do to your food. The arepa wasn’t even good, pork tasted old and still.

I love this place because of its authentic favors. The food here never disappoints. My favorites are the Arepas & the Cachapas, I usually get mixed meats (mixta) and I'm always super satisfied. The juices are always fresh as well, passion fruit & lemonade are classics. Try this place next time you're in the area!
