True Nature Cafe

The matcha lattes were the best I’ve had. Salads were simple but delicious although the portion size was a bit on the small side. The chocolate peanut butter bar was also fantastic — a dessert that wasn’t overly sweet. The atmosphere of this place is out of this world — extremely calming and beautiful. It was great just walking about and exploring.

One of my favorite places on earth. Great coffee, great food, and spectacular, calming ambiance. Be sure to check out the gardens and foot reflexology walk in the spring and summer!

True Nature is a special place! When I need time to unwind, that's the place I go. It's quiet, warm, cozy and has healthy food with great gluten free options. They coffee and matcha is also top notch.

I had the spicy mocha. It is made in-house from organic cacao and spices, compared to other shops using chocolate syrup. I highly recommend the food and drinks, and I love the indoor/outdoor feel of the cafe for studying and getting work done.

True Nature is not only a coffee place, but a holistic wellness centre and a canlyser of positive vibes. Most of the time, just go there to meditate in silencr of read a book is enough; just what you need.
