We were so excited to try this new spot and it did NOT disappoint. The staff was plentiful and friendly- everyone asked us how everything was and how we were doing. The cocktails were fantastic (NOBODY has a carajillo, I was thrilled) and we had an app, salad, and pastas. Ok guys for real. The risotto ball appetizer was so creamy and delicious- like slutty, fried arancini and SO good. The caesar salad was maybe the best I’ve ever had. House made dressing and blended croutons made it unique and incredible! We got 2 pastas (carbonara and spaghetti) which were both so good, the pasta itself is clearly homemade and had the perfect consistency. Excellent food and attentive service make this restaurant a welcome addition to Carbondale. The menu delivers authentic Italian cuisine across the board. We started with the squash blossoms, tiger prawns, and focaccia—each outstanding, and the focaccia is not to be missed. For mains, the carbonara and porchetta were both very well executed. Cocktails, service, and ambiance were all thoughtfully aligned with the quality of the food. Chester, the owner, was present and added a gracious, personal touch to the experience. We look forward to returning soon.

Amazing! I tried this new local Italian restaurant today and was genuinely impressed. The food tasted fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. You can tell everything is made with care. The ambiance was beautiful too: cozy, stylish, and such a perfect place to relax over a great meal. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I’m already excited to go back and try more dishes. So happy to have a spot like this in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

So our waitress was amazing. My wife just had a dental surgery that only allowed her to eat soft foods for two weeks. Our waitress was a nurse and had the very same surgery! So she was able to curate a perfect dinner. So above our expectations. Will definitely be back!!

Carbondale needed this place. We went for dinner last Wednesday with friends (party of 5) and loved it so much we came back Friday with Italian work colleagues from out of town (another party of 5) because they needed to experience it — and it absolutely delivered both times. The appetizers were outstanding: burrata, zucchini blossoms, and focaccia were incredible. We shared several pastas family-style and every one was rich, flavorful, and beautifully sauced (the vodka and clams were standouts). My main was the porchetta and it was unreal — crispy edges, juicy interior, perfectly seasoned. Dessert sealed it: the pistachio tiramisu blew my mind.
