Great dinner! Started with mussels which were fabulous. The broth was so delicious and each mussel had fresh garlic in it. I had a Greek salad with grilled chicken very light dressing and chicken cooked perfect and juicy. Hubby had an elk burger he said was outstanding and our friend had the ahi tuna burger which he loved (I didn’t get a good picture of the ahi tuna). Dessert was so great and delicious tiramisu and the best chocolate cake which was almost like a torte and so so good! Great atomosphere!

We stopped by The Goat Kitchen & Bar in Carbondale, Colorado for a quick takeaway since we were in a bit of a rush. We ordered the lamb and the salmon. The food was just okay in terms of taste—nothing bad, but nothing standout either. On the positive side, the servers were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant felt warm and welcoming. Our order was prepared quickly, which we appreciated. The prices were a bit on the higher side. Two main dishes with two drinks it costed us $90 which is quite a high! Overall, a decent experience with great service, but the food could be better.

Although there was just one apparent vegan option (minus tzatziki) and it was a starter, it WAS delicious! The dolmades were fantastic, the hummus had a nice creamy consistency and smooth flavor and the quinoa tabbouleh (wish the serving was larger!) was divine. I'll definitely come back for this platter if they promise to double the hummus when they remove the tzatziki! 😉💓

It was serendipitous that we found The Goat! I can not recommend this place enough. The food was great and the service was OUTSTANDING! Stacey was so helpful and a joy to talk to. We later found out she is the owner, after Alexa took over for her. Alexa was so amazing and actually blew away my boyfriend and I at how insightful and respectful she is about other cultures. The chef did an amazing job searing the ahi and we truly enjoyed everything we ordered. I can not wait to go back!!!

Loved this place. Excellent service - we really enjoyed Ivan as our waiter. The food was excellent. Good prices. Clean. We didn’t get a chance to go outside because of the weather but the outdoor space looked lovely. We had the chance of meeting the owner who was very kind and friendly. Had great options for gluten free. Really loved the wine selection as well
