Tropicana Ice Cream

My family had been waiting for this place to open and our first visit did not disappoint! I wish I remembered the young lady name who served us because she was so friendly and patient. She willingly allowed us to sample multiple flavors before placing our orders. The ice cream was delicious, has a very rich taste. The mangonada was delicious also! The restaurant was clean, organized and inviting. We will definitely be returning!

Cashier messed up my order. Which cool no biggie. When I asked her to please swap it out she was very combative which further showed that she did in fact misunderstand my order which I was cool with but her attitude is what irritated me because I wasn’t mad nor rude and expected her to have better customer service especially when I wasn’t even upset or mad. I’ve been here on numerous occasions with my little one and never had an issue but after today I doubt I’ll return. Her arguing about her mistake was a bit too much for me for a simple icecream outting with my family.

Customer service was horrible. They kept giving us ugly faces and looked annoyed to do their job. We spent over $60, and I will never come here ever again because of food taste old as well. I do not recommend to Dubai chocolate. It does not taste good, and the chocolate hardens so quick and the corn taste so old and the fruit cup taste old as well.

Great place to take the family. Their flavors are very strong and potent. Not flat and bland like other places. They are generous with their portions and well priced compared to somewhere like marble slab. Never going back to 31 flavors again. Huge chunks of a lot of Oreos in their Oreo ice cream. It's amazing. My family has loved everything that we've had there so far. It has become our regular spot for desserts.

I ordered the crazy watermelon, and it was literally overflowing with various fruits, sour candies, nuts, and cucumber. I didn't realize how huge it would be and had to take the rest home. I look forward to coming back and trying treat.
