Red Circle Boba - Converse

I decided to make a stop and pass by here just a few days ago, since I’m not from here I thought why not treat myself! When I first walked in I was greeted by a kind young boy working at the counter, he made me a couple of teas that were absolutely delicious! He exceeded my expectations he was delightfully kind with wonderful manners, which is so hard to find these days! Kudos to the person who hired him! I will definitely be stopping by again when I am back in town!!

I've been here twice. The first experience was fine, this second one not too much. First off: I used the toast app to SCHEDULE a pickup at 615 that I placed at about 440ish.. it was a smoothie and a crepe! After placing the order, I get a notice almost 10 minutes later that my order was ready.. WHY?! I called to verify and they said everything was ready and my smoothie will be placed in the fridge. Soo.. I show up at about 6 to be told "your crepe is cold because it's been sitting on the counter for an hour..." Did my items need to be made a full hour BEFORE my SCHEDULED pick up?! I'm sorry.. I find that insane and very disappointing. I had an awful crepe, it was cold and hard and my smoothie didn't even have whipped cream which I requested (it wouldn't last in the freezer?). My son and I come to Red Circle Boba pretty frequently — some of the girls even have our order ready when we walk in! We usually get the cookies and cream smoothie with brown sugar boba. However, the last few times we’ve visited, the drinks have tasted very watery, almost like milk. I’ve noticed it tends to happen when someone new makes them. I completely understand that new staff are still learning, but since the drinks are $7.70 each, I just wanted to share this feedback in case some retraining on consistency might help.

Impressed with drinks. We ordered balanced lychee green tea and coconut silk milk tea. With the several requests, they made them perfect and tasty. Bubbles were yum! Requested no ice and they yet made the drink full. We enjoyed its atmosphere. Great vibes it and the staff. Will definitely come back for a different drink!

Super clean and amazing vibes! The Crepes and macaroons are to die for!! Definitely will be a new regular spot, ive already visited multiple times! They also had a large selection of drinks and made them quickly and they tasted delicious! The bathrooms are huge and clean and gender neutral. I like the thai paw & the iced mocha milk tea. My favorite crepe would have to be the blueberry crepe with cream cheese. The cream cheese is super good & they told me its made in house daily! The staff is very attentive and good customer service they actually care unlike other places I have been. I highly recommend & im super happy there is a great boba shop on this side of town!
