Dutch Bros Coffee

I want to start off by sharing a story. The other day, I came to Dutch Bros absolutely hysterical. I was ugly crying in my car because my son has been in the hospital, and I was just completely overwhelmed with life. I didn’t even know how I was going to get through the day, I just needed coffee and a second to breathe. The girl working the window (I didn’t catch her name, and I wish I had) noticed right away. My hand was resting on the window, and she gently put her hand on mine. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t make it awkward. She just spoke the kindest, most sincere words straight into my soul. I don’t even remember exactly what she said , something like, “We’re here for you,” or “It’s going to be okay.” But in that moment, it felt like everything. It wasn’t just customer service. It

Today was my first time at any Dutch Brothers. I am an avid water drinker so I tried one of the Dutch H2O that people rave about. Mine was strawberry, watermelon, coconut, strawberry puree, and coconut milk. It was delicious. And Miles made my experience so pleasant. He was friendly, helpful, and very kind. The music they were playing was good and the vibe was on point. Think I’ll have to switch from Starbucks to here. Thank you again Miles for being so helpful.

Wow some of y'all are really aggressive and entitled as customers geese calm down your not in Dubai. Anyways on the better note, this place is awesome. Love the staff for friendly environment. Delicious coffee. And If you guys know that your in a rush you should be making your own coffee at home or go to quicktrip hence the quick lol. Keep on making those delicious beverages!

My favorite Dutch location !!! Everyone is so friendly even during drops which makes the drops more manageable. They listen to you and speak to you like your human and not just another order. Everytime I go Izabella is always recommending great sugar free drinks since my body can’t process regular sugar like everyone else !

Took 30 minutes to get a coffee with one car in front of us. Do better @Dutch Bros coffee store #8616. I asked the barista how much longer just to get attitude telling me they are short handed that they are doing the best they can and that there was other drinks to make also. This experience makes me not ever want to return to any Dutch Bros I'll take my money elsewhere.
