So I call and call and call today hoping I wouldn’t have to drive up there to see if they where actually open and guess what I drove up there not only to find dang near everyone working today just all huddled up at the front doing nothing hmmm how hard is it to get off your phones and answer the one that’s supposed to be for customers calling.
Great place to cool off from the heat. Life guards are all around watching. I felt safe with the amount of life guards. There is one at each kids area with two stationed at the larger pool. They were rotated every 15 minutes from station to station. Cost is very reasonable as it is $4 per resident a day. As we don’t go that often we haven’t done the annual pass. Every time we go it is not that crowded, even on the weekends. Fantastic community pool. Thanks Trophy City for keeping it clean and maintained well.
The place is primarily for residents and their guests. The place is amazing. It has a big area of splashpad as well as a deep pool and "gradually deeper" pools. The locker room is very underwhelming with barely any space to change clothes. The membership is $75 for the season. I bought their gatorade for $3. It was a tiny bottle with 12 oz. Let me tell you, that costs less than 70 cents when you buy a 12 pack. This is a facility for families. Either give us a bigger bottle or lower the price. 12 oz will not help with the thirst in the weather. All of the staff are very young people. They are nice but they have very bad communication skills. "I don't know." "I don't think so." and they never think to say, "I don't know the answer to that but let me ask my supervisor."
Great fun environment. The paid private reservation logistics for the splash needs some improvement. As for non-residents complaining about not being able to go, just stop. This place gets very busy with just residents alone on summer weekends. The last thing we need is hundreds of more people from surrounding cities flooding the area and creating chaos.
The splash pad and pool look way cool! However I did not know that you had to be a resident of Trophy Club to visit it. My 3 year old and I were turned away. We are used to Doubletree Ranch Park in Highland Village where all are welcome.
