Triumph Restaurant & Brewery

The atmosphere was nice. We were sitting outside on a lovely warm ish fall day. Service was quite good. The server was very friendly and timely. My salad was also quite good, but not delicious. Delicious is my “highest rating”. There was just a little too much goat cheese and not enough dressing. Overall, a pleasant experience at Triumph’s.

We recently had a wonderful lunch in Triumph restaurant in Princeton. We were greeted by a great host named Bree who made sure our lunch was perfect and our server Sydney who was upbeat and full of helpful information. The design work using the old post office is just magnificent. The restaurant is a warm inviting set up and although we didn’t use the lounge, we look forward to going back to the bar/lounge area as well. The staff is very attentive, and our water glasses were never empty, our dirty plates were never there more than a minute, and our food came out nicely, timed from the kitchen, hot and fresh. Great Casual Spot With Good Food I met two of my girlfriends for dinner last night at Triumph Brewery in New Hope, PA, and was pleasantly surprised—this was my first time eating there, and it exceeded expectations. We all ended up ordering the smoked brisket sandwich, and it was delicious. The brisket was cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor, and the fries were just as impressive. Cocktails were spot-on, well-balanced, and a great complement to the meal. Our server was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Overall, Triumph Brewery is a great choice for a casual meal with good friends, food and drinks. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in for the first time for a late lunch while visiting the area on Black Friday. The entire area was crowded for the holiday, but were able to be seated right away. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. My only complaint was the music was a little loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. And it was kind of 70s rock; not really enjoyable dinner music. We weren’t in the bar, so it could have been toned down a bit. But overall it was an enjoyable meal, and one of the best burgers I’ve had. My friend got the fish and chips and loved it. And kudos to having Coke and not Pepsi😁

The food is good here! It’s reminiscent of a farm table restaurant. All the veggies are beautiful colors, especially in the hummus dish. I just love going there and getting a bunch of appetizers. The other day I was there for a networking event and the dinners were delicious. Amy was a great event planner.
