I dont even know where to begin. There was NOTHING and I mean NOTHING good about this place. We went to have an early dinner, nothing special. Apparently this used to be a Mexican restaurant. Well it closed and this one should also. Lets start at the beginning; Our server nice but didnt know the menu, didnt know what was available, didnt know squat. (I felt he was higher than the helium balloons they had), as every question I asked, he was lost for words and or had to go ask. Well to me, if youre gonna be a server, know your menu, know whats out... let's go there. We were offered chips and salsa, only for him to come back stating they were out of chips. We tried to order 2 of the 6 appetizers. Nope, out of 4. Couldn't order a certain dish as chips were obviously out. The $7 apps; 6 ap

Absolutely wonderful experience. The new owner/cook/waitress 😂 is fabulous with customer service and he made us laugh multiple times; while also serving us free desert, chips and salsa. We were full by the time our main dishes came out and then we were absolutely stunned by how great our food was! Definitely recommend going here and absolutely enjoying yourself for genuine Mex Tex food.

Got some tacos and they were amazing. The owner makes his own ingredients so it tastes fresh, which is extremely rare in this neck of the woods. The owner was nice and made sure I was accommodated. I'm hoping more people come to support this new place so we have another option besides Lucky's Tavern.

Owner was so nice but honestly there are way better places to eat in the BLA. Food was barely warm, cold appetizer and flavor just did not exist unfortunately. I also wish someone could afford to take over this place and actually change it up inside and outside for once. It's been the same for forever.

My husband and I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy we did. The service was awesome and Joe treated us like old friends. He even let us sample his brisket taco's, which were so good! I had the nachos and it was massive!! You can try to eat it yourself but you might want to bring some help. My husband had the beef tacos and was very happy with them. We will be going back. I'm kind of craving a taco...
