I came in for a pickup order and the guy was about to grab my food after changing the garbage. However the guy in the kitchen stopped him in time and told him to wash his hands. I give 5 stars for this. I have been to plenty of places in the area that I will not return to that nobody has said anything, like it’s a “normal” occurrence. You know they train well when a team member isn’t afraid to speak up for what’s right even if it might be embarrassing. Great job management🙌🏻
Service was good but a long wait as the young man was too busy serving tables and taking orders for all the people. They should have another person helping at the counter. Management hiring issue. Workers were doing the best they can. Kids cone order after our meal is now at 15 minutes and still waiting…
I am a Pine River Boy, the Dairy Queen will always be the best fast food out there. It is not just a name its the family!
This DQ was very much appreciated!!! We stopped here after my great nephews funeral in Pequot Lakes, ice cream always helps someone feel better🥲💜♾️ 🙏🏾
On a busy night we still receive fast and friendly service!
