Totowa Public Library

The Totowa library is not the largest library in the area but it had what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and informative. There are two levels and a children's section. There is parking in back or a few spots in front, upstairs and there is street parking too. Its located in the same building as the police department.

Before the renovations, I would have given it a 4/5, but with the new renovations, I really dislike going. They severely cut back the amount of books for more programming space, and the grey walls make it feel sterile and empty. They have 1/4 of the books on site that they used to have, and the amount of grey combined with the lighting makes working there give me a headache. You're much better off going to Little Falls or Wayne if you're not there for a specific program.

There is no enough book 🥲

Maybe it’s ok to spend some time with kids in the kids room. But it’s not a good place for quiet study. The library is new and small, with 2 tables for study. I feel like I’m in a grocery store.
