Order this place through GrubHub or DoorDash and expect to be disappointed every time. The one in Franklin Lakes is much better and more consistent. The last two times I’ve gotten it from Totowa the bowl isn’t even halfway full with the Acai and has little granola or peanut butter drizzle on it. This was last night. Look at this picture and tell me that’s not ridiculous

I ordered ahead . I checked my bowls before I left . I noticed the Nutella was not on the top as it is the pic on the website. I informed Anthony about the Nutella not being on the top he begun to go back and forth with me about how the particular location does not put Nutella on top of the fruit but under it , then he had the nerve to tell me I didn’t request it on the app. Now I have ordered ahead from several Playa bowl locations and I have gotten Nutella on top of the fruit . How would I know that I was supposed to request the Nutella to be put on top of the fruit. Anthony then told me I would have to pay $1 more for Nutella . I asked for the manager because now he was playing in my face . The manager said he heard everything and told me the reason why they don’t put the Nutella on th

I had a really great experience today. The Goldi Mango bowl is one of my favorites, it’s always so fresh and delicious. But what really made my visit stand out was the customer service from Brenda. She was super kind, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. She made sure everything was perfect and made me feel really welcome. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile for customers. Thank you, Brenda! I loved my bowl and the great service.

I been going plyabowl regularly one a week atleast but coming here at this place was disaster. I dont know if they are trying to save the stuff and pack it home. When i tried to communicate with them the concern,the lady working there with glasses was giving atitude even before the conversation was started. The guy who made it, was like we go as per the weights and sizes provided by company. I showed him all the pictures been clicked in past from other locations and still he was arrogant to accept. That lady was the highlight of the scene, she just left without attending customer who has a concern about the food. Shameful act by her and i feel pitty on staff that they dont have foundational courtesy of customer service and irony of been working dont know from how long. Owner need to look i
