Our waitress Heather was lovely, patient, and professional! I recommend the Roman Cesar Salad with the easy over egg and pancetta! Yum! My salmon was perfect! Fish special and salmon were tender and delicious! Chicken Marsala and pasta bolognese also outstanding! The chocolate mousse was sweet and creamy!! We shared one order!

The menu highlights traditional Italian fare. I was initially disappointed that the restaurant couldn't make a rather simple request a reality. After speaking with the chef, our amazing waitress, Olivia shared that they were indeed able to do what I asked. The food was delicious! You definitely want to call ahead for a reservation!

I’m going to leave a five star view because the experience was good. The atmosphere was good. The service was good. The crabcakes with risotto were excellent probably better than I’ve had in Maryland. Risotto was cooked perfectly as well. The pork belly appetizer was done properly very good only thing they should give you a sharp knife, not a butter knife to eat it with.. The roast duck on the other hand was not roasted. It was deep fried and dried to the bone, and it was the most expensive thing on the menu. So dry It was in edible. Not sure of the thinking why they would sell a $45 plate duck deep-fried no seasoning just burnt. But the rest of the food was excellent and I would return just don’t order the duck. Toscana is definitely a fan favorite among locals, and while I’ve had some good experiences, I do think a bit more flavor would go a long way. I usually order the eggplant parm with penne noodles—everything is cooked well, but the sauce could use a little more depth/flavor. My husband had ordered a special app and entree - both were okay. On the plus side, the cocktails are tasty, and I’d definitely recommend the espresso martini! The last time we dined in, we had a reservation for a special occasion, but unfortunately, the hostess had the wrong date down and we ended up sitting at the bar. Thankfully, the bartender/server was fantastic and really helped turn the experience around. Random find while looking for an italian restaurant in Oneonta, NY. So lucky we choose this place. A hidden gem. This place had it all ambience, attentive and professional service and the FOOD! Soo good we made reservations for the next night. Highly recommend making reservations as we lucked out the first time as walk-ins because there was seating at the bar. The place gets packed and once you try it you will understand why. The drinks were on point, creative and smoothly delicious. The appetizers; specials and entree options were unique and full of flavor. You taste the quality ingredients and the attention to detail given to each dish.
