Janet and Mark are so experienced in the wedding industry, and it shows! We had the most beautiful spread of appetizers and then the most delicious dinner. We had so many compliments from our guests on how much food there was, and how amazing the food was. Their staff were diligent and attentive, and looked professional and classy. Their presentation of the appetizers and dinner buffet were beautiful, and created such a wonderful ambience for the evening. We cannot recommend Sunrise Specialty Catering enough!

I cannot recommend Sunrise Specialty Catering and Event Planning enough! Janet went above and beyond to make my wedding day so special. We used Sunrise for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day at Gilbertsville Farmhouse. With Sunrise, you don't just get fantastic food, you get so many extra thoughtful and decorative touches to make everything perfect. Throughout the planning process, Janet was very responsive and answered all my questions. She made a detailed proposal with associated costs of food and labor. My parents were paying for the wedding dinner and my in-laws for the rehearsal dinner, so she was able to make to separate proposals to deal with each event separately. I was able to use my own collection of vintage plates for the rehearsal dinner and dessert table and Jane

5 stars are not enough! The food was absolutely amazing and there was so much food! The staff was so amazing and kind and thoughtful. They went above and beyond and were constantly anticipating our wants and needs. From the start, Janet was in constant contact with us, creating a specialized menu that met all of our dietary needs and tasted phenomenal. All of our guests were raving about everything. Janet worked with our vendors to coordinate the set up of everything and truly matched our vision. They helped to make our wedding so perfect and we can’t thank them enough!

There is SO MUCH to say about Janet and her staff of Sunrise Specialty! I can go on and on about how wonderful everything was. I worked directly with Janet for 2 years planning and preparing for our wedding. Janet was efficient, caring, helpful, and truly cared about making our wedding vision come true. Everything on the wedding day was amazing. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I felt confident that everything would go smoothly because of these wonderful people. The food was out of this world and everyone enjoyed it! We are forever grateful and appreciative to have had them on our special day.
