Tortas El Toro

If you like menudo, this I the best you will ever have in your lifetime! We try to go every Sunday as much as we can and every time, it never disappoints. The flavor is consistent, I can’t recommend this place enough for its menudo! saying … is “Absolutely amazing!” Is an understatement! I love the atmosphere, customer service is excellent. The cooks are two beautiful sisters that cook together and you can taste the love in every bite.

EMPORIA AND SURROUNDS!!! When I say the absolutely best breakfast burrito I have had in my entire life is at 6th and Sylvan and can be had for like $11.00, you should RUN, do not walk, to Tortas El Toro. This was by far the best I’ve ever had in my life! It was AMAZING. My son and I split one and were full. The salsa was authentic and everything was delicious.

While many folks were stocking up on milk and toilet paper for the cold spell, I picked up a gallon of menudo from El Toro. Now I'm home, it's 3 degrees outside, wind-chill is 15 below zero. I hope you folks who wiped out Walmart are enjoying your milk and toilet paper as much as I'm enjoying my bowl of hot menudo. El Toro, you rock!

Wow! This place is delicious. Prices are right. Service and atmosphere are nothing special, but that’s not what you are coming here for. Highly recommend!

Stopped in on the way through town for lunch, and it did not disappoint. Barbacoa torta was amazing- huge portion and fresh ingredients. Al pastor tacos and chilaquiles (green) were also delicious. If you like authentic Mexican food, give this place a try!
