First visit. Loved the food and awesome staff. Vegitarian ramen was good. Also had cauliflower which was good. There is a parking garage next to it and cost 14 dollars for about 2 hours. There are some metered parking but none was available. I park around brown university for $1.25 and walk about 0.8 miles.

Food was 85% of the way to tasting authentic. Fresh overall. Only knocking a star because I said thank you in japanese and the server looked clueless. Overall, pretty good ramen. Paid $17 with tax. For the portions, I wish it was more on the lines of $12-13, or (if I were in Tokyo, like $4).

Spicy Braised Beef Ramen is okay — not the best, broth is too salty and concentrated. The ramen isn’t the best, I’ve definitely had better ramen. But at least it wasn’t priced too crazy — $16 per ramen. The Kaarage disappointed me though, crazy small portion for $8.50. I wouldn’t come here again, but food was still decent.

I like it here! Difficult to park and very casual but I still love coming. Great Spicy Ramen. Sometimes I have been here before and had some things I haven’t loved but today was good again. It maybe depends on who is working.

Very one dimensional bao bun, could have used a drizzle of some type of sauce and maybe pickled carrots. I also got the itchiraku ramen, I thought it was odd to put so much spinach in a ramen and I think it was shredded up celery on top? Was weird didn’t like it. The broth of the ramen was good, I added black garlic. Eggs were very simple and in my opinion over cooked. The toppings could have been better but overall it wasn’t bad. Just wasn’t good enough to go again or recommend. Lady didn’t refill my water, and didn’t seem very personable for a waiter. Maybe she was new idk
