Rebel's Rations

I am brand new to Rebel’s Rations, which is Daniel’s mobile version of what he does at the Scurvy Dog in Providence. I was at the open mic night at Myrtle and realized I’d forgot to eat dinner. Just then, I smelled the most amazing grill smell and wandered outside to find Rebel’s Rations for the save. I always love me a great burger, but it takes a lot to stand out. The first time a burger really stuck out to me was an “au poivre” burger 15 years ago in Somerville; so it’s gotta take a lot. The other night, Dan’s “Marauder Burger” instantly made it into the history books as something of utter greatness! Nice little hidden gem, many options and always up for a customization. Best bar pizza in town, ask for cheese our my personal favorite a pickle pizza!

I wish I took a photo but let me just say the moment we arrived to place our order the menu was overwhelming because it all looked so good - I grabbed the the Bart (best thing I ever did) I have never in my life been so satisfied eating burger . I really thought when I saw the size I was going to need a second but the one was more than enough — you can tell with every bite taken this burger was made with love and detail - I will absolutely be back to try the rest of the menu Daniel you are a master of your craft, see you in a week !

I eat here every Friday, Dan has brought the best burger in providence with a smile and great conversation regarding the new items on the menu and his approach to cuisine EVERY. SINGLE WEEK. His passion for food makes everyone want to be involved and his willingness to listen and modify his business shows me his dedication. High recommend.
