I just received my pair of Night Vale leggings. I loved the pattern at first site. The fabric feels amazing. They fit like a glove-thank god for the size chart. They were a little pricey, but I'm worth it. And the best part is I received them a day earlier than the order confirmation said I would!
Wow, now January 13th, no response from customer since before Dec 17th. Really terrible. Everyone posted all their complaints on Topatoco's facebook page, so now they removed them and the ability to post to the page and have warned they are no longer monitoring it. Very professional.(Sarcasm) Terrible, terrible experience.
Always really excellent customer service and I love getting merch from my favorite webcomic and podcast artists.
Dope company that supports small artists and make cool stuff. Get after it!
