Always a nice night at Galaxy. Great service, drinks and food. Short ribs come with amazing mashed potatoes. House pasta always delicious and tonight's with shrimp, spinach and smoked tomatoes did not disappoint. Thanks, Galaxy!

I reserved the Boom Boom room at Galaxy for a birthday party with 16 people. The room size was perfect and the evening couldn't have been nicer! The food, the service, the atmosphere was fantastic! Working with Galaxy to plan our dinner was easy, and Audrey, our server for the evening, was delightful. I can't wait to have another occasion to do it again. In the meantime some food highlights: their deviled eggs, grilled ribeye, porcetta, chicken saltimbocca, salmon...all excellent! And the desserts were awesome. If you're looking for a fun and delicious spot for dinner or special occasion, Galaxy is the place!

We have been going to Galaxy for years, it’s my favorite restaurant in the area by far. The chef is definitely experienced, there is usually a variety of different cultural foods. Food ranges from fried chicken, to kabobs, Asian inspired dishes etc. Tonight I got the fettuccini special with clams bacon and kale, the pasta was made from scratch. The roasted tomatoes made the sauce amazing. My wife got the short ribs which we’ve had a few times. This place always cooks vegetables so perfectly, the green beans were cooked just right and seasoned well. Galaxy does a deviled egg of the day, they are always good and 5$ for two eggs halved, we got a Caesar salad and two drinks. We had a family get together here and were very surprised about the quality of the food in this small town restaurant. It shows the quality of time spent to craft and curate a good selection of dishes that caters to almost any type of gathering.

Homey, clever mid-century decor. Great menu for meals and drinks (this summer, get some of that strawberry basil sangria 🧑‍🍳👄). Attentive, warm staff and excellent food. The Bahn Mi Bowl was delicious. Very flavorful tofu with fresh veggies and greens. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked. And do yourself and your party a favor: get some apps. Deviled eggs and sweet potato/poblano fritters were to die for! We will be back to try more. Update: the outdoor seating area is bigger and better than ever. The Mushroom Tacos were so savory and flavorful. Fall menu is coming soon, can't wait. 🤤
