Customer Reviews
Just ordered Chicago style hotdog open up the bag there’s no cucumbers, celery salt. Also, the bun is just a regular one not poppyseed. I specifically asked the dude take my order these questions and reassure me. Yup, we have the best Chicago hotdog around, sir.
Sadly, from a 5 star to a 2. The staff was super nice however prices were out of this world! Over $16 dollars for an 8" roast beef with cheese and peppers, fries and a coke. I'd rather go to a sit down restaurant in Wisconsin. So sad the prices are like this. Sadly cant afford to come back again. --------2022 review below Went to lunch here today and was impressed with the service. Friendly employees consciously trying to appreciate their customers. The food is good and Prices are fair compared to most other fast food places. Will be back again. Never have a bad experience here.
Their servings are large, the food is always fresh, and the food comes out quickly. You might want to share the order of fries unless you are really hungry.
The price was right, 3.25; I asked for everything plus sport peppers as usual. It was a Chicago style but didn’t have poppy seeds on the bun, missing celery salt and didn’t have the sport peppers. The veggies were crisp and fresh. Even better the dog wasn’t stored in the bun both were fresh. I’ll give them another shot
To spend over $50 every time we order from here to nearly have a problem every time, does not make it worth it. This time, we got a root beer with barely any syrup. Someone had to push the button and watch the cup be filled with close to clear liquid, regardless of root beer being brown. Not acceptable. We are done wasting our money. My husband makes better burgers at home anyway, and the pizza puffs seem to be the exact frozen ones you get from the Walmart deli. Who knows if their burgers are frozen too. I called right away to bring them awareness, but was placed on hold for 10 minutes, and no one came to phone. If you’re not busy focusing on quality control, why would you place a customer on hold that long? Now they have this review when they could have just acknowledged it over the phon
