Tommy Angel Restaurant Pho

The food was delicious and the portions were huge! The staff were very friendly and the chef even came out and chatted with us for a minute and gave us his recommendations. The soup was #14 and the stir fry type dish was #11 on the menu. Dont know how to pronounce them but they are hands down some of the best food weve had in Nebraska! Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back!

Tonight is second time (in two weeks) that we’ve eaten here. I am so glad we finally discovered this place. It is so good! It is a nice atmosphere, and the food is delicious! We have tried the rice noodles with teriyaki beef, the egg noodles with beef and chicken, and the curry with beef. My family had the rice noodle soup with chicken and egg noodles with sea food. Tommy is great about suggesting and explaining the dishes and sauces. Tommy also makes everyone feel like family, and his wife is very sweet! Will be back again! Portions are large! Everyone except my dad ended up with leftovers to take home! Deeeeeelish!

We had just completed a 36-mile bike ride with a strong headwind and were ready for some healthy eats. But where to go near Nebraska City? Well, I'll tell you. Tommy Angel Restaurant! Curiosity got the best of me when I saw a 5-star rating for a Vietnamese restaurant in Nebraska City with over 80 reviewers. I thought to myself: they must have a lot of friends. Nope, the food was fantastic! Very deserving of the 5-stars. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was flavor packed and seemed to be made with love.

Tommy was so kind and the food was delicious! We’ll be coming back every time we’re in town! The restaurant is so cute and plenty of comfy seating. Definitely recommend!

Sorry but it was NOT delicious. It just tastes like margarine and chemicals. Don’t be fooled by the reviews.
