Tokyo Express

This hasn't been my first visit to Tokyo Express. It's a pretty charming local eatery with some average food and good prices. My meal for this particular visit was hot, came quick, but wasn't overly flavorful. Broccoli was very crunchy. Carrots and rice were good, and the soba was great. Service was very nice! Overall, it's a pretty easy place to get in and out of and is a nice oriental eatery in a region that doesn't have very many.

The waitress was friendly and efficient. The hibachi chicken was hot and flavorful with an appealing presentation.

I picked up food to go. Food was fixed quickly and everyone one there was very friendly. My entree was delicious but I was slightly disappointed in the sushi. Don't get me wrong, I thought it was good, but I've had better. I didn't dine in but the place seemed clean and well taking care of. I would recommend this place.

Last night we went here and my first thought was did I got to Yamatos? When I got home I realized they switched to plastic containers and honestly I love that! It’s been I awhile since I’ve had Tokyo and I plan on going back! The food is amazing! It’s the best it’s been in years. I remember going here a decade ago and it’s like they’ve gotten back to their roots. It’s well prepared, always fresh! I was stuffed well worth the cost. Also they were busy and the staff and young lady who took our order handled it so well! I appreciate a great business that has good food and great staff! I love this place you can’t go wrong eating here!

I was not very impressed with the food here. The carrots were not even fresh. The scallops were fresh though. The steak was tough. I just didn’t really enjoy the quality of food unfortunately 🫤. Friendly drive through service
