Stuart Hill Bed & Breakfast

We just got back from our 7th stay at Stuart Hill with Ed and Kitty, and it was every bit as wonderful as the first. We’ve started visiting twice a year and already have next year’s trip booked!||Breakfast is always homemade and delicious, with fruits and veggies fresh from their own garden. Ed and Kitty are such kind hosts — we always enjoy great conversation with them over breakfast.||The Spencer Suite is spotless and comfortable, and we love having the attached living area to unwind. There are also plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.||We always look forward to our time at Stuart Hill — the beautiful scenery, peaceful front porch, and welcoming atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Stuart Hill B&B was not only a beautiful place to stay, it was like visiting old friends that spoil you the moment you pull into their driveway! The hosts Ed and Kitty are so amazing! And the breakfast was just as amazing. Kitty made homemade berry jam and fig jam right from her garden! Sorry Ed! I hope you have some left over after our trip! 😂This 100+ year old home is beautifully cared for with a quaint and cozy feel though out! The front porch filled with beautiful flowers and fall decor made it so inviting. Our rooms were clean and beautiful. The beds were soo comfortable! Even the pillows were perfect! I forgot to ask them where they got their sheets, because they were like sliding into warm butter!! This NJ family will be back!

A True Home Away From Home at Stewart Hill From the moment we arrived at Stewart Hill, Kitty and Ed welcomed us like family. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home from the very first minute. Kitty and Ed go above and beyond in every way. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, creating the perfect balance of comfort and charm. Every little detail showed the love and care they pour into their beautiful home. This was a perfect stop for a weary traveler; I had a relaxing and luxurious overnight stay before resuming my journey. I was fortunate that they were able to accommodate me on relatively short notice and Kitty and Ed made me feel welcome from the moment I called. The Spencer suite was beautiful and homey at the same time. I had a lovely, liesurely Sunday morning breakfast with the hosts and other guests before resuming my journey. I wish I could have stayed longer to take in more of the local area. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed with Ed and Kitty recently and would love to return. Just pulling up to the house you get a sense your stay is going to be special. The beautifully decorated front porch is inviting and very relaxing. Loved the porch swing and a good cup of coffee on a cool Sunday morning. Birds and butterflies were an added bonus. Both Ed and Kitty make you feel like family, and their service is impeccable. Rooms were clean and had that nostalgic feel. Breakfast was superb and even the fresh squash fritter was a favorite. Free to walk the grounds, you feel at peace with nature. We’d recommend this B and B to anyone…(and we have)! Thank you for a great time. Would love to return anytime we’re in the area. Heck, it’d be worth the drive if we’re not!
