I had the Japanese fried chicken karage with yuzu ponzu scallions and the phone did not eat first! Everything about it was so delicious. The chicken was so tender, amazing sauce proportion and crunch from the lettuce. I also got the strawberry macha and it was perfect as well. Not too sweet, just perfect. The workers were so sweet and welcoming! The owner was there as well and was incredibly kind to us. Will 100000000% be back.

My absolute favorite! They have the sweetest customer service, top tier riceballs, and best matcha I’ve ever had! I’ve been going for years and their quality has stayed consistent. I would gatekeep this place but I tell and always take my friends to any of their locations because I hope they stick around for a long time.

Don’t go if you have a you only have a 30 minute lunch break. That is how long you’ll wait for your food. I was the first person there to order and the last person to get food in 30 minutes. Wasted my entire lunch break. Never given a receipt. Given an attitude when I softly asked when my food would be ready. Their excuse is that the fried chicken takes a long time to make. They should provide a heads up when ordering and they shouldn’t give attitude when a person wonders where the food they paid for is. Food is good, just not worth a 30 minute wait. The place is super cute.

Just cute decoration with Japanese vibes. I got Hot Houjicha latte was so good. And beautiful staffs with nice service. Love this place. Next time I would come back to try Sandwiches. For sure.

I wanted to like this but it is extremely messy and difficult to eat. The kaarage one tastes good but the ratio of rice to meat is off. Considering the price of rice balls in the area, its not a cost effective lunch. The edamame given were all in poor condition, which surprised me since they just opened. The staff were working hard but they should have someone do a quality check on their vegetables to avoid giving people spoiled food
