TOGO'S Sandwiches

We arrived a little more than an hour before closing on a Friday night. It was apparent that the employees were busy cleaning up for closing. We were abruptly asked to use the kiosk. Being unfamiliar with it, we navigated it to our best of knowledge. Accidently it read our order had cancelled but thankfully it was saved. Not once were asked if we needed assistance and honestly we could have placed our order much faster had they taken it as soon as we entered. The gentleman in particular had zero patience and was more concerned about cleaning up. As he began making our order he started they were out of cabbage and carrots for the salad and wrap. He asked if it was okay and still continued making our order as my husband and I were deciding. I had already payed with the kiosk, what could I do

We went for sandwiches and everyone else wanted sandwiches too. There was one lady. I didn't know her name, but she took everything in stride. Our sandwiches were delicious and everyone was pleased.

I enjoyed visiting this store to have good customer service from Rachel and her Co worker. I asked a question about her gloves she was wearing and she Rachel made sure she would change her gloves. I'm not sure if this store employees wear a hair net. I didn't get sick from the food. Rachel made our sandwich 🥪 😋 Thanks. #too much tuna on my bread for that type of bread.

Staff more interested in going home than service to the customer. My soon used the kiosk and didn’t realize he didn’t take off the produce. He went to order another sandwich and the dude told him sorry I shut down my oven and we closed 5 minutes ago. It was my son’s fault but this employee did several things why we were there that showed he just wanted to clean up and get out there even during normal business hours.

Stopped in this place right before it closed. Went with the Asian chicken wrap and barbecue baked lays. If you’ve been to Togos, then you know the menu. Our sandwich was good and I got it extremely fast. I would say the only thing that really needed to be done. Was the tables needed to be wiped down. Other than that everything was just fine.
